Gwen & Gideon | She will always hate me 

For all of those asking: this is a german movie series called Rubyred. In Germany and France it's available on Netflix but if you wanna watch it internationally you might need to buy the dvds (highly recommend, you won't regret it), but I'm not sure if the second and third movie are dubbed :)

Wow, I didn't remember their love story being so turbulent.

Also for those complaining that Gideon and Gwendolyn being related they are fifth cousins once removed which means the odds of sharing any DNA are less than 5 percent. And Lucy said there was various branches of the de Villiers family there is most likely more distance between them so it really doesn't matter all things considered. I for one love how their relationship evolved. Loved how much Gideon changed because of having Gwendolyn in his life.

The first movie is called Rubinrot or Ruby Red in English. The trilogy series is actually in German as is the films. The first movie was the only one ever translated to English. The book series is by Kerstin Gier. I thought the movies were very well done the actors did a great job. I think I enjoyed the movies more. I have the English translation to the novel's myself. The second movie/ book is called Saphirblau (sapphire blue) the third movie/book this called Smaragdgrün ( emerald green). The last two movies can be found subtitled in English.

Sooo... for whatever reason, I found this one video like a day or 2 ago. I have no idea why. But I was quite intrigued by something involving angst in multiple eras for an unknown reason. So I actually found the movies with English subtitles and stayed up super late watching them. It was fun... and I needed the distraction from 2020. although I felt the characters and relationships needed a bit more development and the plot was a bit silly. So I decided to find the audiobook to see if those things worked a little better in the books. So anyway. Now you've caused me to spend numerous hours consuming media I'd previously never heard of. And this video is probably still my favorite part out of it all.
