GX85 Rear Dial NoOp. Work Around for setting Shutter Speed in Manual Exposure. 

Rear Dial is common failure on GX85. Biggest problem is then using manaul Exposure where the rear dial is suppose to adjust the shutter speed.
Here are a couple other ways to adjust the Shutter Speed in Manual Exposore .
Note: I misspoke a couple times (like when said shutter is too fast, I should havbe said needed to be faster), and sometimes cant see which button I am operating.... and I rambled on a few times, so is about 5 minutes when could have been less than two minutes. (kinda like am doing now....)
