I did those from junior high, through high school. They were a big part of football drills, and warm ups. These two look like clowns for not knowing what they are, and what they are used for.

People like this are one of the reasons it took me till I hit rock bottom in my 40s to get into the gym with a trainer. I'm glad to see the majority of people are willing to put them in their place still, because at this point, one of the few points in the day I feel like things are going to be alright is when I'm working on myself in the gym, and couldn't imagine having that tainted by having to worry about garbage like this. One Chicagaland area resident to another, I'm glad there are channels like this to help spread accountability back around.

That's good cardio work! After I've done my three miles walking on the treadmill, I slow it down and high step, because it loosens up my knees, which have been a source of pain for years (work-related stress from years of squatting, crawling, and duckwalking). Sometimes I feel a little self-conscious about it, but no one has ever even given me a second look when I do it, and it's none of their business anyway. I'm there for my self-improvement, not for their approval. Keep up the good work, Joey. Help make gyms a positive experience for everyone.

I have an acquaintance at the gym who used to do that between sets. Super fit and strong dude. Pretty sure they wouldn't do that crap to his face.

On the one hand, I'm really happy India has a thriving gym culture with many impressive athletes in weight lifting- but this type of behaviour ruins it for others.

Joey. This is the exact reason I made a home gym. Nobody that is trying to better themselves deserves public disrespect. Call me old school, but either help someone with their technique, or a spot, maybe even just a fist bump to say keep doing work. This is why gyms are going out of business. People in the real world don't want to be in the background of someone chasing click bait. The gym used to be a place for everyone to improve, not get publicly humiliated. No cameras in the gym, at all. If someone wants to monetize their workout, cool. But treat it like a business and invest in the equipment and mirrors needed to get views. Shameful behavior by a few has seriously ruined the gym experience for so many more. Seriously man, it's just sad

I see these video’s everyday and this is exactly the reason I don’t go to the Gyms! I’m already a self conscious person and I would probably get myself arrested if something like this happened to me. I avoid them like the plague now!

I'm a runner. I'm slow. How do I deal with people older than me PASSING ME during a race? I tell myself "He's not running MY race." I took that attitude to the gym. They're not doing MY workout. Easy-peasy.

I used to warm up with high knees all the time before getting a hip labral tear. It’s a really efficient way to get your heart rate up. These girls need to spend less time on their phones and more time interacting with people and learning from them rather than tearing them down.

How about rather than making fun of him for your own clout you instead think about how the exercise might benefit the human condition and explore it yourself.

I'll never understand why it's so hard for some people just to mind their own business and keep to themselves. I go to the gym very early in the morning before work to avoid the afternoon crowds & when I get there I'll say good morning to the staff at the front desk, dap up some of the other morning gym regulars & that's it.. Like Mr. Swoll says, mind your own business.

I'll go one step further and say they were showing their glaring ignorance in not being able to understand one of the oldest aerobic type of exercises. High knee is a staple has been forever.
