RN here, dark circle under eyes are commonly known because of genetics, any allergies you might have, most importantly lack of sleep 8-9hrs of sleep is usual for a young 20 year old, and it can also be dehydration, 1 gallon is day is “healthy” for someone who’s healthy but you can also over hydrate and it can be dangerous. go to your local doctor and ask about your health or you can try out the expensive creams 👍🏼
