@@DigitalFame-cq9cx it is pretty good the company has a sunny d flavor and a Baja burst flavor which is my favorite. Ryse is a very good company and they sell good protein powder as well.

Add a pack of uncooked flavored oats and just mix it in for fiber and more protein and flavor and filler. This will add 4-8 g more protein. Eat pastaless chicken and meatball pasta. Pasta sauce. Chicken. Meatball. And green spices like thyme and basil. Whatever it would have been its like 1,000 calories less. Add green beans or brussel sprouts for filler/ ball shaped stuff.
