Just enjoy watching these guys train, and compete. I find myself laughing with these guys when they are making fun of each other and laughing in their training video clips. These guys are absolute monsters on the mat. But it's nice to see them enjoy the fruits of their labor Wish you both much success not only in training, running your school, but in life. It's okay to be happy and genuine!

So... that compound material could mean a couple of things - - it could refer to different styles of martial arts.🥋🤼‍♂️🥊🤺 Or - - it could also be about different ways + thoughts + actions + activities + strategies + beliefs + philosophies + religions + subjects you’ve studied + ways you’ve gone about handling conflicts + struggles in your life too.
