Testing out my new DJI Osmo Pocket Cam with a gym vlog!
Todays workout is featuring Joe. We hit legs and shoulders with a quick mile run at the end of our workout.
I just returned to the gym this month after suffering a back injury a couple months ago. My new goals include maintaining current muscle mass while dropping 5-10lbs.
I am currently around 195lbs with my lowest being 183lbs before my injury.
