@@BigLew_gymbarz lew can you do a 400 mette sprint for time and 800 metre sprint for time ...i really wanna see that ots teh ultimate test for anerobic endurance . Cos the thing is believe my stamina is mad at the same time im very strong.ive ran from feds couple times which i belive i ran like a somehat 400 in 60 sec type thing which without training mad . I just want to see what your times are like .anything under 60 secs ( for teh 400m) is mad espedially without any training . Do the 800 metre sprint aswell

@@brummypaki8571 I’m not really a runner like that but what I do no is someone with out training running a 400m in 60 seconds is a good run 💪🏻we always run faster when police are behind us lol
