Have you ever tried swinging rings? Like in swiss gymnastics (gym aux agrès, anneaux balançants). It's really fun, but I don't know if it's safe to swing that much on stationary rings. Although they're rigged to the ceiling here, so could be fine.

Are they free standing A bars? We currently have the rio bars but as we have to set up and pack away every practice, they're a nightmare and hardly get used

YOU TWO NEED TO SERIOUSLY STOP THE BABE AND BABY TALK IN VIDEOS AND KEEP THAT OFF CAMERA, ITS KINDA GETTING TO MUCH NOW AND I WOULDN’T PUT IT PAST PEOPLE TURNING AWAY FROM WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS AS ITS SCHOOL PLAYGROUND TALK (Sickly) I ENJOY WATCHING ALL THE TEAMS VIDEOS BUT THATS REALLY ANNOYING ME AND DRIVES ME INSANE, YES I HAVE A PARTNER BUT WOULDN’T DO IT AROUND EVERYONE ALL THE TIME.
