This is definitely one of the more interesting commanders out of this set There weren't many good food commanders besides maybe korvold but he was tokens in general like clues and other things like might makes right worked very well in his deck
So far something that I've been pulling kinda regularly and the best client of Gyome is Yawgmoth, Strangleroot Geist or Butcher Ghoul, get the Cat and draw 30+ cards end step just repeat with yawgmoth and pretty much kill everyone. With anything either a Dina, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, etc can be amazing! I'm having so much fun with him!
@@elderdingushighlander honestly is a deck of around 200$ since I included some expensive lands but other than that the combo and rest of cards itself are pretty cheap to get, the most expensive one being Yawgmoth but he enables such amazing combos. Also included a gravecrawler and Tormod just in case can't combo enough you can make a decent board. Gyome is perhaps one of my favorite commander from the latest few sets.

I went with a much more casual fairytale sort of themed deck. Lots of troll under bridges, the golden goose, some witches with poisoned food... All that good stuff. Definitely going to build an alternate and more effective version using some of the mentioned cards for sure though. Who doesn't want infinite food afterall?
Cool video! One combo that's in the deck is Ezzaroot Channeler and Ancestral Statue, which could potentially be used to bounce back and forth to do.. something (?) Not sure how that interaction works with the commander ability. Also, I might be wrong about this, but couldn't the commander ability be used on your blocking creatures, too? As in you tap & give indestructible to one of your own blockers.
Food Flavour style baby, pun intended! So I'll be adding - Feed the Clan - Grim Feast - Hot Soup - Feast of the Unicorn - Time to Feast Etc etc And a sacrifice, pinger, pests side theme. It'll just be lots of fun ^^ P.S.: And I won't forget my favourite best girl Massacre Girl

@@elderdingushighlander im kinda psyched and kinda annoyed, every new lot of aristocrats stuff means i need to spend more money and spend more time optimising the lists, my current deck for aristocrats is nevinyrral but i was toying around with some others, i have muldrotha too built up. Hell my old edgar markov deck was an aristocrats list lol. I really want a good 5c aristocrats general because just going generic with kenrith or golos is pretty boring
Yeah there arent many good 5 color aristocrats commanders. An interesting option is Atogatog with Arcane Adaptation, Maskwood Nexus, Conspiracy, and Xenograft. but thats about it that isnt generic
Royal assasin ? With this Commander . U can't destroy it when u taped it with your Commander 🤦♂️ Unless u wait toll tue turm is over. And your assasin is untapped . Way to slow .
It's a run synergy tap during one players second main, kill the next players endure, untap. I don't think it's unplayable. Taps down to prevent any attacks or tap abilities that would need to be done at specific timings to stop em once and then remove the creature all together
