I nvr had the opportunity to see Fleetwood Mac live but saw this group a couple weeks ago in Paso Robles and was blown away you will not be disappointed awsomw show
I am seriously blown away. The singing is absolutely beautiful and remarkable. Her vibrato is flawless. I'm just like WOW!!! THIS is a cover band FULL of amazing talent.
I actually like this performance BETTER than Stevie Nicks! In Fleetwood's live performances, Nicks doesn't hit the high notes, like in the recording. Jess's voice is spot on. Just amazing.
100% with you!! 50+ years, and these songs brought me to tears... I hate being mortal...we were supposed to be young forever. I'm so glad I found this group!! ❤️❤️
+ E. edc123 I am blown away too. Do justice to whom they pay tribute. Nevertheless it is harder to emulate Lindsey's lead vocals than the female singers do with theirs, but kuddos to him though. Still takes several guitarrists to get Lindsey's playing sound correct LOL, even in the REAL band.
I've been a Fleetwood Mac fan since 1975 and I can honestly say this group sounds the way Fleetwood Mac used to sound. Thanks for keeping this great music alive.
Forgive me as I was born in 2004. I’ve listened to this live version of gypsy thinking it was the original band? Don’t get me wrong i still love this song
I'm a big fan of Fleetwood Mac and Gypsy is one of my favorite songs since i first heard it at the early 80's. What a great performance you all did! Regards from Brazil!
@@niels4361 I don't think so she can sing and sound close to STEVIE NICKS but STEVIE she's in a class by herself that AWESOME voice she's one of of kind and always will be!!!! Love you STEVIE 😎👍
I really love this song, this was my daughters favorite song before she was killed in Afghanistan with her military unit and this song was her favorite & she would of loved Rumours of Fleetwood Mac and go to many of their concerts if she was alive and Fleetwood Mac is her favorite band and she would of liked this one? ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Absolutely master class! This live recording corresponds almost 1:1 to the studio recording from the 80s. I would even say better than the studio recording. These are real musicians who really live and master their instruments and music. G R E A T and B O W !
They're incredible aren't they? Also check out Jess Harwood singing Hearts song Alone. It's incredible she can do Stevie Nicks so well but she does Ann Wilson even better.
That is the beauty with these good cover-bands: You re-discover and remember songs from way back, and the greatness of those songs comes to the surface again, at least for people now in their late 50s or 60s.
For a moment I thought I was listening to the "Original Fleetwood Mac', there's hardly any difference, she sounds exactly like young 'Stevie Nicks' and she sounds wonderful !!
Tribute band? I think that would be understating them. I consider this to be a stunning collection of talented singers and musicians who happen to focus on Fleetwood Mac classics. Absolutely amazing. I’d sure love to see them live.
Sweet like honey. Every instrument, every vocal note. This is such a gifted, natural, hard working group of talent. Some things are just meant to be. If this doesn't make FM happy and proud. I'm not sure what will.
These women give Christine and Stevie justice, their voices are simply amazing! When fans want to hear that same sound from the original artist, no one can hold a candle to the originals, but , these ladies did their thing! 🔥💞👍🏼
This band really leaves me confused. They are so good at what they are doing. It makes me rethink the term "tribute" band to something much more positive and generous. They really pay tribute to Fleetwood Mac's music, mood and spirit in a remarkable way. Can I admit that they sound better than the original performers do at this point? Is my loyalty greater to the original performers or the music itself, because if it's the music, then this Rumours of Fleetwood Mac band is who I should turn to. They seem to make an enormous effort to play FM's songs as they were recorded. Look how many instruments and musicians are on stage so they can reproduce every subtle studio layer. Thank you, Rumours!
saw these guys from 2nd row in concert. totally agree with your comments, obviously the genius of Fleetwood Mac cannot be contested but rumors just does a better job live
I wish I could too but so far in some theaters in Canada if you haven't willingly taken the 'arm spear' for a certain virus you wont be let in, but hey I treasure my body a little more than other so be it.
Totally WOW! I just ran across this band on youtube. I never would have believed that this wasn't Fleetwood Mac. I can't believe it. This girl sounds exactly like Stevie Nicks, and the entire band sounds exactly like Fleetwood Mac did in their early days.
I saw Fleetwood Mac during their On With The Show Tour at The Palace of Auburn Hills on October 22, 2014. I was getting emotional during their performance. Same here with watching Rumours of Fleetwood Mac. Wow!
This is one hell of an excellent performance of Gypsy ,in every aspect they sound so much like Fleetwood Mac ,I WILL GIVE RUMOURS OF FLEETWOOD MAC 11 OUT OF 10 / A1 , ROB.
Just discovered Rumors and honestly I didn't realize they were a Tribute Band. They are so amazing i can't describe how good this Band is. Absolutely amazing
Huge Fleetwood Mac fan here, so much so I named my first daughter after the Rhiannon song and didn’t give my wife a chance to argue. I’m being honest when I say, if I close my eyes and just listen, I can’t tell the difference. The music is so clean and the timing is pitch perfect. The vocals are dead on and music flows as the way it was meant to. Thank u all for a beautiful performance.
GypsySummer Raine not sure what u read out of my comment but I never said close to what ur comment alluded to. I talked about the band, not a single person in the band. Stevie Nicks is not Fleetwood Mac, she is the main singer. She only wrote about half the songs, she didn’t score any of the music nor did she compose or produce any of the songs, Lindsey Buckingham did most of that. If it wasn’t for Lindsey Buckingham, she would have never even been in the band. They approached Lindsey after Peter Green left looking for a male singer and lead guitarist. Fleetwood Mac already had Christine McVie as a female singer but obviously they did better with Stevie Nicks. However, this band has done an amazing job and without all the drama of having a Stevie Nicks around.
GypsySummer Raine the fact still remains that if it wasn’t for Lindsey, she wouldn’t have been in Fleetwood Mac. For her to throw a temper tantrum and have him thrown out the band or she was going to leave just shows what an ungrateful person she is. She doesn’t orchestrate the music line up, she doesn’t help the band do anything else other than write half the music, sing and play the tambourine. Now that they don’t produce any more new music it just shows her true colors. Fleetwood Mac wasn’t going under just because Peter Green left either. It just meant they needed a new male singer and lead guitarist and they fixed that with Lindsey. Now with Lindsey gone, it took Tom Petty’s lead guitarist Mike Campbell and Crowded House lead singer Neil Finn to fill that one void. I’m not saying she is a nobody but her true person has come out lately and it paints her out to be a cancer in the group. I’m a fan of her sings, not a fan of her anymore. Lindsey Buckingham is on almost every musics top guitarist, song writer, producer and singers favorite top list. He calibrates with tons of other artists including Christine McVie on multiple projects without Fleetwood Mac involved. He is as much if not more valuable than she is.
@@gypsysummerraine4445 I think you mean no one can sing this like Stevie *used to* sing it. This is way better than current Stevie's voice. To my ears anyway.
