Hội An, after the storm and floods: a relaxing drive through the old town (October 2022) 

It is wet season then, but usually it is okay. Last year was quite a big storm. The Old Town does flood quite frequently in wet season, so it might be best to stay not right next to the river (usually that street floods, and the one next to it). There’ll still be many food & drink options open, even right in the old town. If it does flood when you are here, it is quite interesting and many locals offer boat tours through the flooded streets.
