USCIS design this corrupted system gaming us, the working-hard. Will US guys (not tricked by this system) feel interesting to officially sign offers from Google, MSFT, FB and then due to H1B lottery, only accept at most one but reneging other offers after accepting them due to H1B lottery? US guys feel comfortable playing with official offers (each of them can be obtained actually by tremendous heart and soul)?
I have no intention to work in US. But my brother got a job in a genuine consultancy for a big saas based project. How ever they are victims where by few other candidates who also got a job offer here applied at multiple places. So this company is genuine, but they took the offer here and filed a second application from a potentially fraudulent firm. So how does USIC differentiate between such companies? How do they understand which one is genuine. Also in case of my brother. He filed only one application. But if his consultancy, which is genuine if at all for poor decision making from USIC gets blacklisted, would it effect his h1b?
In my opinion, it should be only one H1B per person, irrespective of the number of companies who file for you. Period!. It could be tracked based on passport number.
What can I do, one of my colleague fraudulently changed his H1b and working for a company and also working another full-time job. How can I complaint to USCIS
USCIS should also make harsh decisions for those fraudulent consulting companies as well along fraudulent and fake idiots . USCIS should file 1 million dollars case against each consultancy.
My friend went to USA for master in Jan 2019, came to india in oct 2019 for marriage, h1b picked and approved in 2020, i40 approved in august 2022, no my question, “ does he need to visit india and get stamped within five years” ? .. one person said after 5 years stay in USA and approved i140 one does get to india for stamp get 221g is this true ?
Why USCIS does not run the lottery based on passport number or during registration process they should put passport number as unique key to protect this fraud . This is the simplest step that they can take to prevent this fraud .
What about Open avenue, they are getting paid from the companies.. Employee asks employer to pay open avenue and , open avenue does the premium non cap H1b .. Is it still legel ?
I have got more than 10 offers so far in my career mostly in tech like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc in last 4-5 years. So far ONLY if I accept the job offer they can start H1b process. So did the job seeker accepted multiple offers to get his/her visa process started ?
@@nagasrinivasg5812 I said 10 offers in my career, not anything within last 1 year. I cant understand how folks can make multiple H1s, as you have to accept offer to start visa process. Else one has to accept multiple offers which can have legal issues later on.
@@brijkumar8207 I m not that good, I know people who had better offers than mine, but unfortunately have to leave US or continue OPT on some random university courses as they didnt get H1B visa.
If duplicate registrations are to be categorized by country. We all know who will contribute the most. What I learned in the last 2 years with most students is this, 1. Students from a specific place come to the US in numbers. 2. Most students' least priority is studies, but they work for cash. 3. Travel to seniors/ friends placed across the US to make Insta posts 4. Complete assignments/projects with others' help 5. Reach out to many consultancies to apply several times without a job offer 6. The consultancies will arrange a job and get their commissions paid I feel really bad for those genuine students/applicants who get nothing.
