H-4 EAD Approval in 15 DAYS? Is This Possible? 

Taking away the right to work is NOT cool. Why people on H4 visa should wait until their spouse on H1B visa gets an i140 approval. Why don’t you let people work and support their families. Hopefully it will change someday.

Uscis promised but they are still delaying H4, EAD applications even when filed with H1B application.

Great Video Jing. May I ask a question here: My wife is currently on J1 and under the process of getting her waiver. I am on H1b with i140 approved and Since it’s my wife’s final year on J1. We wanted her to convert to H4 and then pursue EAD for her to be able to work. I am in the process of accepting an offer with another company and that would involve my h1-b transfer which they will do premium processing. My question here is that shall I do all 3 together here i.e. request my future employer to do H4 and EAD for my wife along with my h1 transfer. Will that work according to the timelines you have mentioned in your video?

Question : i applied h1b+h4 w/ead bundled in regular processing. If I upgrade to premium later, will the decision be together still? Or H4 will be pushed to regular queue? Thanks!

The school wants me to pay for premium processing. Is it possible to process my H1B together with H4 and EAD permit so my husband can work already?

My company applied h4 and H4ead along with my h1b on jan 27 in premium processing. Still h1b approved in 5 days. H4 taken 3 months, still no update on h4ead.

I would say BUILLSHIT. That’s Impossible. H4 EAD can only applied for or get approved after 18 months of staying in the US. Even if you leave for just a day, it will not be counted

Will the USCIS process them all (H1B+H4+EAD) together only in case of premium processing? Or that as long as they bundled together they will be processed together (also without the premium processing)? I am asking because we still have a valid J status for 10 more months. So as long as we are all moving status together (with EAD) it is fine for us. But if no premium processing means there will be extra delay for the H-4 and or the EAD, that's a problem.

Is this applicable for fresh H1 and H4 filing with i-140 approved or just for H1 renewals ?
