After almost 40yrs that's when u have seen that there's corruption in Uganda hmmm too problem

President Museveni and NRM government fight against corruption are very commendable.The public also has to complement this fight against corruption. A South Korean trade delegation to Uganda,told their Ugandan counterparts that South Korean has the technology but Africa has the raw materials.As long as Africa is challenged technologically,it is difficult to walk away from the economies that have the technologies that bring about growth and development in Africa. President Museveni may wish to look into the request for a military University.

Of course M7 doesn't want aid because he's rich from the state.
