8:17 I think if you eat less, you don't have to worry too much about what kind of oil is used to make the food. After all, the food that can be produced and placed on the supermarket shelves is generally safe to eat.

Haha Hmart is definitely higher priced compared to other Asian stores~ also I am original from Asia, the prices of importation make the food so much higher they they were back in Asia 😢

You have a nice big (HUUUUGE!) H-Mart. I love that store. Seattle's H-Mart and H-District stores are SO tiny. Ms. Ming, where is this nice big H-Mart located please? Must be somewhere HOT because you are dressed for high Summer, in ... October!

Asians seem to favour adding MSG anything to their prepared and shelf-stable foods in order to enhance the flavours of both. I love the Korean BBQ chicken that a franchise of our H-District store makes daily. The plain fried chicken runs out, early!
