"nobody will care more about your (immigration) case than you" I tell people search all their options like you did. Your Passionate and determined 🇺🇲 more than most citizens are!
I dont get why people want to stay in usa. I am on my h1b and still want to go to canada or back in india. I dont like industrial slavery 9-5 jobs. If you are creative enough you can be wealthy in any country doesnt matter usa canada india.
The only big thing we need to worry in 🇺🇸!Especially when you go with a education loan. But we do share Same thing we want to stay in America and this video motivated me...
Also maybe we can apply for PHD if really interested in research. It will be helpful in long run so that later we can apply Eb1 category visa and it has less waiting for green card as well.
@@ImmigrantTalks It's true that the criteria is higher, but it maybe is not as difficult as you think. :) You actually just need some articles written about you (which you can pay people to get one), get an award (or nominated for one), or have some cool work in your portfolio. A friend that I know only had the third one and got the visa. I was also planning to apply for one if I didn't get H1B.
Thank you sir I was just about remove us from my list because of the rigorous immigration process but you motivated me a lot and now I feel strong enough to do that , I love what you do and really want that you continue making videos for us in future ❤️.
Hii I am from India, H1 visa meda USA ravalani try chesanu two times visa reject ayyindi third time kuda reject ayithey US vellataniki inka chance undadha
Saving 500 to 1000 dollars a month🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 while living in India, impossible. Even the IITians can't save that much amount. In Short, Bijli ka bill kya tera baap bharega🤣
My son moved to US in 2017 Completed his MS and now on OPT He is a Civil Engineer. But he has denied H1B twice In June 2021 he met with an accident Very horrible His spleen is removed and three ribs fractured . Now he is recuperating, on disability leave now His H1B is again rejected in July this year... Now what are the options left for him... Can he visit India? Please let me know
Sorry to hear that, god bless him. It’s upto him what he wants to do,if he is healed again he can go back to Day 1 CPT if he wants to come back to India he will have to do something about his visa. I would suggest talking to a lawyer.
Bro, love the content and your intent to help people. Very educative and informative. How can I go about day 1 CPT being a mechanical engineer? Could I talk to you in detail about this? I stay in Detroit too
Would you please let me know which day 1 cpt school you found for mechanical engineering ? Here is my email airblower26@gmail.com if you don't want to mention here. I will appreciate it.
It’s the best program in my opinion to get Green card faster. You will save 5 to 10 years by going for a PhD. Yes plenty of opportunities for PHD candidates. And most PhD programs are free in USA if you do it right, you can also get paid a monthly stipend
Can we take up day1 cpt college for our masters? Instead of going for other colleges that don't offer day1 cpt in the first place. What are the disadvantages?
No disadvantage ..but you will have to have a job in hand to do so. Most people when they come to USA don’t have full time offers..you need to build some experience in USA first.
It's really a great video. I am having around 10 years of experience after my btech in India in 2009 Could you please let me know what are the challenges that I may face to apply for day 1 CPT programs?
@@ImmigrantTalks so you’re saying if my F1 is still valid, I can apply for another F1(Day1 CPT) without having to go to the embassy or going through a visa interview?
Very helpful and motivating video! subscribed right away!, my only fear is that im not very skilled in programming will i be able to get a job to first of all start my OPT?, Does masters in usa right away ensure job in usa? PS: i have just completed my BE CSE in india!
Suppose we do a 2-year master then work for 3 years and then do a Ph.D. so, living in the USA for 10 years, will I be eligible to apply for citizenship by naturalization. Also, if I get a research job in a tech company will I be exempted from H1B lottrey.
Nope that’s not how it works, you have to go through all the process. You can’t get green card just like that even if you live here for 50 years. H1B>> then green card. Watch my video on CPT and OPT
My daughter is on OPT period nd going to apply for H1B 2022. Her fiance will give his 3rd,, last attempt nxt year, Can this boy stay nd work if they get married by nxt year starting?
Well your Son in law should be able to work even after his 3 rd attempt if he goes back to a college, if he can’t do that then he will have to look at other options.
3:50 can we apply green card in the first year itself? or can we apply H1B and Green Card at the same time? For Nepalese citizen I think green card wait time is current. Your suggestions in such case.
@@ImmigrantTalks ucla and some colleges provide this program.. so I was curious to know about it.. I'll be so glad if u talk about this course.. whether it's useful or not!☺️
No you can't. If you come to study, then you need you need to work towards PR which can take about 2-3 years. Then you need to apply for Canadian citizenship ( at least 2 years after PR) and citizenship processing timeline is about 1 year. That's in total about 6 years to get a Canadian citizenship and only then you will be able to apply for a job in USA. Then again you will be counted as an Indian born in the green card process so you cant petition for a green card on a TN ( you will be denied an extension) so you will then need to switch to h1b.
Hi my petition was filed by my employer..and I haven't heard back from them even after the lottery results were declared..what does it mean Please help
@@harieshgoudpuli6355 it's most probably on a waitlist because after the H1B application some people get rejected and then they might do another lottery for you folks.
@@ImmigrantTalks Thanks for your reply. Don't you think PhD could have been a better choice ( not-for-profit universities need academia talent) It could have been useful.
