This seems to really vary by country. In my country, they’ve never required the first three “required” items in this video because they can see the electronic record in the system.

My interview was back in July 2021 and I got notified 2 days after that it was ready for pickup. You can typically track the status on ustraveldocs

What if your employer is in the states and you’ve never been so do I need to ask them to send the approval letter the one you’re saying the cardboard the original one ?
