This is the first start up and heat cycle of a fresh top end configuration. The motor is a 749cc reed valve conversion with 40mm flat slide carburetors. This bike has ran 8.70 at 149mph in the past. The event that I am currently preparing for will take place at US 131 in Martin michigan, September 23-25 2016. Please wish me luck with my new configuration and mark this date on your calendar. If you are a two stroke enthusiasts then this would be a great event for you to attend as the fastest vintage two stroke motorcycles in the world will be there. Please make sure to stop by my pit spot and say hi : )

That bike is SOOO SWEET! I could almost smell it. I wish I had hung on to all of my Kawasaki Triple stuff from the 70s, 80s and 90s..

Brilliant! The firewall between engine case and carburetors also makes a big difference! You know how to deal with engines! Greetings from Brazil! I had H1, H2 and now GPZ 900 R. KAWASAKI rules!

Lectrons trick jugs with reed bosses milled into it. Your own high compression heads. Forged pistons better rods electronic ingiction is it the stock bore? There's two years house payment got tied up into The snappiest sounding tripple. I've ever heard. I've owned Some H1 RD 350 some Polaris tripple. Like most gear heads I never road a stock 2 stroke. Very nice bike sir.

A bit late to the party, but that is the sweetest sounding H2. A question. Why are the heads so small. Is it to keep head temps higher?

Hi! The heads are small to keep weight to a minimum. Thermal mass is not a problem because the bike only runs for a few minutes at a time, with a 150+ mph wind blowing on them. Thanks for your question 👍

They are Vforce 3 reeds for an ArctiCat sled. The reed boxes were custom machined to fit.

Thoae reed valves sound like they need new aprings 🤔 The popping sound coming from the exhaust are largely due to weakened valve springs that have a slow return. edit : Yup, all of that smoke coming out of those pipes proves it!

I would never re-do the beautiful 73 ; ) This is a bike that I purchased at the end of 2014 and rebuilt with hopes of setting records in Super Eliminator. I broke two records with it in EE/A in 2015 with the fastest being 8.70 at 149mph. I hope to have even better results in 2017.
