@@ChickentNug When I got VR, I purchased H3 out of pure curiosity. Little did I know that it would be pretty the only VR game I consistently go back to play.
I had an oppurtunity to buy one of them, but that bolt assembly smashing into my face seemed less good. Not that its not actually safe it just does not feel like it. Interesting look though.

Really loving the new Take and Hold System. I'm having a lot more fun, especially since enemies aren't as impossibly armored, although I die pretty fast on the WWII one.
Ok now that is crazy, Iv being working on a c93 model for blender practice this week and wondered if it would ever come out to H3VR. And here comes the Mr Hand himself with the good stuff. Thanks!
Classics are always the best. Sure new guns have all these things that make them better, but the classics have nostalgia to them, and nothing can beat that.
He'd have to do some guesswork on the operation of it. We have no idea if it was closed or open bolt or if it was select fire. Would still be a cool submachinegun though.
Woohoo! I actually just got into H3VR since update 84, but I've been following these Devlogs ever since I knew they were a thing and I love the work that is going into all of this. You're a great man Anton, and I will definitely be crossing my fingers for the full Update 85 release next week!
Hey Anton! I was wondering if you would ever add a anti material rifle called the Anzio Takedown it would be amazing to see a 20mm anti material rifle. Otherwise great work as always 👍
Gonna hold off on playing VR until my prescription lenses come in but these are some crazy looking guns. Also, that reload speed buff is neat, I always felt that it could be a bit faster and you deliver.
The first gun my dad purchased at the beginning of my love for fire arms was the SRM 1216. it’s a fun gun but I think it would be challenging to put it into the game due to it having the rotating mag tube.
Fun fact since the 1903 was mentioned and the fact that the slide didn't lock back, there were some 1911 mags that were used in competition where the spring was shortened and they would get one extra round, but because the spring was shorter, the follower wouldn't be pushed up into the way of the slide, so the slide wouldn't lock back when you fully emptied the gun.
the inertial looks like a really small artillery piece. speaking of which, as a big gun enthusiast, is the game going to get artillery/AT guns later on?
One thing I think would be cool to see is the ability to hold two mags in the same hand. Like unload an empty while holding a new one. Anyway, keep up the fantastic work! I love playing the game!
i have a whole list of ideas for the game that will probably take up a lot of space in the comments. Anton, if you are reading this somehow, you do not have to add these, these are only my ideas, but if you do want to add some of these, do not over work yourself. Only do the ones that are possible. Any people want to add to the list by replying to me? It would help. 1. More oversize guns like the oversized 1911 2. More cardboard guns like the degle .50 3. Nerf guns and realistic ammo 4. Mortars 5. Full body physics (make options in menu so if someones headset cannot track, they can still play) 6. Bring back ammo boxes 7. Add More props 8. Add Destructible props 9. Add Kolibri 2mm 10. Add Medkits 11. Country flags 12. Add welrod 13. Add Half Life 2 weapons 14. Add a subscribe to Anton Hand button (I would press it) 15. Weapon damage (when it gets really messed up it explodes like in far cry) 16. Portal 1 and 2 objects and npcs 17. Airsoft guns 18. Money (you can pay for guns in gamemodes and find money scattered or hidden in some spots) 19. Multiplayer or custom server creator 20. Fire alarms and tornado sirens (I like things that other people usually do not like) 21. Customizable weapon paintjobs 22. Radio 23. Tv 24. Text tool that can spawn 2d or 3d text on a platform (kind of like the one on garry's mod 25. Cars that you can drive 26. Fists option so you can punch sosig 27. Mini guns (like literally small guns) 28. Secret guns that are only in the map that the gun is in and you cannot get in any other map 29. Storage compartments 30. Joke weapons like in the sfm animations I will be surprised if these are actually put in the game. I am just some swedish 11 year old that likes guns and fire alarms. (I did not mean to say firearms by the way) i really like vr.
I wish the Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless would be added at some point, as I own a reproduction. The lines of the firearm are so smooth, and feels great in the hand. That being said, I do love the added content this week!
I've discovered something hilarious the other day, So I rolled out with a M1911 and tompson for take and hold for the heck of it. I got two pistol stocks, same models, and attached one on the gun and thought "I wonder..." and stuck the second stock on top of the stock that was already in place. Was funny at first, but that's the bug report for ya.
I've noticed in the new Arm Swinger there's a few doorways I get stuck on. Specifically while running down stairs in Take and hold, if there's a door at the end of the stairs I have to duck my head a little to get under it. Which I mean makes me feel tall at 6'1".
Games don’t usually portray the bad parts of guns, because malfunctions and weird handling just aren’t all that fun. So a gun being fantastic in a video game doesn’t tell you it’s any good in real life.
Lol I know. Farcry 2 and fallout are probably the only games I enjoy having failures in. I just love the look of the borchardt and I wish it was as reliable as RDR makes it.
It seems to me like we're at a point where we could have 6 different characters for take and hold. Cowboy to WW1, WW1 to WW2, WW2 to Vietnam, Vietnam to Gulf War, Gulf War to now. For even more fun, you could add some more sci-fi stuff and have a modern to future character.

Yo Anton, love the addition of the Sjögren! I have one myself and i love it, it's extremely pleasant to shoot when you get used to that giant slide coming at your face :D In real life the slide of the Sjögren gets released when you pop a cartridge in the tube, is that possible to implement with the way loading works in the game?
mr hand im a huge fan of the realism in the game. i think you should add the 38 super variant of the 1911 as well as the ability to load the wrong ammo in a gun such as a 357 in a 38 or a 38 super in the 38 acp and destroy/jam the gun. just a thought on somethin that would be interesting. keep up the great work!
They patented their design for an automatic pistol first, but their design was kind of a joke considering it took nearly five years to make a functional model. Meanwhile the C93 was being produced before the Salvator-Dormus Pistol left the prototype stage.

how bout a tnh difficulty that affect wiener spawns ? in a similar aspect of the radar and the bullet travel, but it affects how many wiener spawns in a hold
I know it had nothing to do with guns, but you always put a pair of binoculars into play, because it is sometimes difficult to see the hot dogs through the scope.
Just wanna say that you made a really cool game that I definately wanna buy a vive for...love the dedication and the detail and the sweat and the blood you put into your game..I hope this goes on for a long time tbh..really really awesome..I know a lot of people already said that tbh xD and I´d love to see a flamethrower in h3 ^^
Will you be adding any of the more unique weapons from WWI like the Perino and Chauchat? The Perinos loading is very unique and I would like to see how you do it
One request. 950 jdj. Not ww2 but God it is one hell of a gun. And if you want only ww2 suggestions for this update I'd suggest the ptrd and ptrs 42 anti tank rifles.
