From Wikipedia: Sverre Indris Joner (born 19 July 1963) is a Norwegian musician, composer, and arranger. He frequently performs on piano and percussion. Joner was born in Oslo, Norway and was raised in Bergen, Norway. He is a graduate of the University of Oslo and the Cervantes Conservatory in Havana, Cuba.[ He is particularly known for popularizing Latin American music in Norway.

@chilango2432 Si totalmente de acuerdo que falto un poco de candela a la percusion, pero no se te olvide que estan fusionando 2 generos musicales totamente y es dificil mezclar estos generos sin que se pierdan uno en el otro.

@ckamah If it is like two little drum together, it is call TIMBALES. If it is something like look like a squash and the person has a stick in his hand, it is call GUIRO. This are Cuban Instruments. The salsa sound, was done by 5 Cuban in Norway. I hope I answered your question

Very nice bass sololito at around 6:00 followed by a wonderful take on a famous melody and ending with an unexpected rhythm section feature. ALL these pieces are great and I'm looking forward to a copy of the DVD and more! How about some Cuban Classics and even contemporary arrangements for this orchestra!?
