Not at all, i bought one of the Hot Ones sauce lineup and Da Bomb was by far the worst. It doesn’t taste like anything edible, like straight up battery acid. That being said, no. It doesn’t give you the runs 🚽 if anything it’s worse, at night it settles in your stomach and you wake up at 2am with what feels like a hole burned in your intestines and it feels like your stomach was just touched with a hot iron. No issues going to the bathroom, it was far worse with a pain that just sat there.

Kinda off topic, but as someone who loves hot things and dabbles with spice based competitions, I'm always astounded by how many people still drink cold drinks to alleviate the heat. If heat is getting to me, I suggest drinking something hot like coffee or tea. It may temporarily increase the pain for a split second or two, but once heated, capsaicin is super water soluable. Meaning it can be swallowed and doesn't linger on the taste buds. Also works If you get it on your face or... elsewhere. Don't go chopping your jalapeños, and then go touching your jalepénis.
I wouldn’t say capsaicin is particularly water soluble. It can be made more water soluble in acid or basic conditions, temperature will not drastically help. That said you might want to try a spoon of olive oil next time your tongue is on fire. Capsaicin is far more likely to dissolve in the oil compared to water. Also on another note ethanol is also particularly effective at dissolving capsaicin. Perhaps also try taking a shot 😅

Looks like Matt’s spice tolerance increased. He used to not even be able to stand the slightest spice. Now, he’s doing all these challenges with the most deadliest spices and can somewhat stand them more than before 😯 👏🏼. Respect man
Unreal. I got a bottle of Da Bomb by accident in 2016 or 2017 and I would mix a few drops in with a cup of BBQ or ketchup and it would make you sweat. I looove spicy food, but this one made my jaw drop. Youre one tough mofo Mr Stonie
Fact: breathing through your mouth makes the heat hotter and hurt more. Whenever I'm wanting spicy food, I make a point not to breathe through my mouth or talk. Helps the heat not hurt as much.
I just wanna say as someone who almost went to the hospital from the pain of eating 15 carolina reapers , respect lmao. This shit had to hurt not just coming out but the whole way down
I have something called "After Burner" (yes it really is the name of that seasoning) it has 300.000 scoville and it really hits differently. Just a spoon of this seasoning is around my limit and *definitely not* for people who don't eat spice!! I love spicy food and I "trained" myself since my childhood so, don't just try it if you don't eat much spice!
