Now I know why that place still looks like the country side , even the Olympics did not dent that place thanks to all those who rallied to keep it so.

Walthamstow Marshes not Hackney Marsh, and the campaign was successful! [ And great to see the brilliant Hackney botanist Brian Wurzell! ]

i live on a boat up and down that river... Hackney Marsh is the football fields.... all good as far as i can see..
