Sir, am from a non-finance background but have done the basics of financial statements like Balance sheets, profit, and loss statements from a Coursera course, sir, should I need to know more about accounting or should I start with corporate finance now, am I missing on some prerequisite and suggest few books(on accounting and Corporate Finance). I am building my foundation before the actual preparation of CFA. Thanks in advance, your videos help us a lot for better insights.

I'm writing after the first sentence that we spend money on Netflix but not on education.....i think it is because we youngsters does not believe in current education ..and we think that we put so much money on traditional education and doing MBA and outcome is not that expected...so we compare the online courses to traditional education....and thats the reason we find escape from this and indulge in social media ...

Very true, very very very true, to the MBA point I was nodding so hard, but at the same time deep down I think we are much more lenient when it comes to going out and eating with friends or buying that extra headphone/ear phone, but not at spending money that helps you improve the way you speak, helps you learn a skill

Sir I've passed my CFA level 1 with above 90th percentile in the FEB 2021 exam. Done with my graduation in bachelors of commerce in may 2021. Did one internship which ended on 30th June. no no no no, if you aren't able to find finance internship, you'll keep on thinking I need a finance internship,and before you know it your college would end and swallah you don't have any internships under your belt. better thing to do, do any internship start applying for other roles (be thst finance) from day 1. but don't just wait

CMT is different, it is completely into technicals and does not take into consideration much of fundamentals these are 2 different things, for fundamentals and projections and valuations financial modeling is good, CMT would not even cover 10% of it

Do anythinb that makes your resume strong, just make sure the content is good, if it is go for it, if you find some place giving better content, much more in depth go for it, because ideally udemy covers basics but not always the intermediate and advanced part
