The first half of this track just sounds like a B-side from the first Hades OST... and then from 3:27 on, it sounds like nothing Darren Korb has ever composed before. Amazing theme

The sax is crazy????

What i really love about this track is that in the back half, the drum pattern becomes basically a Louis Cole/Clown Core drum pattern. Which, considering Sam’s on the track, makes a lot of sense. Not sure if it’s intentional or not, but it’s a really cool touch.

I won't lie, I got the game, started playing, and I'd roll my eyes going "ugh, a surface run again?!" until one of the runs, that SICK sax solo track kicked in with Polyphemous and now, for the tunes alone, I cannot get enough of the surface! Gods bless you Super Giant, Darren Korb, not only do you make fantastic games, but you literally work magic with your god-tier music. Keep this up and you'll have our love and support for generations!

If you enter the boss room with Odysseus's keepsake, Polyphemus will say that "Nobody" is your friend, of course referring to the fact that Odysseus tricked the cyclops by saying his name was Nobody. When Polyphemus called out for help, he said Nobody was killing him, leaving the other cyclops to assume he was dying of disease, so no assistance came.

Did they just released the whole soundtrack?????!!!! HOLLY SHIT!! These songs are beautiful and you can hear the influence of the first Hades soundtrack yet it's completely new unique !!! Thank you so much for all your work Darren Korb !!!!!! ❤❤❤

oh hell yeah! I was absolutely not expecting Sam Gendel to make an appearance in this soundtrack but boy howdy am I pleased about it.

This fight is so much fun and I love the character design, Polyphemus sounding like a new yorker is exactly what everyone needed

Kinda have to wonder if Sightless Shepherd refers to Tiresias, who's a recurring figure in Greek mythology, appearing especially prominent in the Oedipus cycle. Tiresias is a blind prophet, and that would be a fitting title for him.

I was not expecting to see one of my very specific music tastes intersect with Hades II, but here we are... and GOD DAMN do the results rule! That saxophone solo really hits, and the rest of the instruments give this such a distinct character. Awesome work to all involved!

For some weird reason the Hater of Nobody reminds me of a Crash Bandicoot boss, both due to to how they fight by jumping everywhere and because of this amazing track.
