Hades | Theseus and Asterius | Boss Tips and Tricks  

When Theseus calls upon Olympus for aid, Artemis strikes in a full area wave pattern, Poseidon strikes as a targeted train wave pattern.

Honestly I hate Elysium. Especially this fight.

You can get asterius to charge into Theseus and it makes him mad lol

Another tip: The best opportunity to damage Theseus is after his spear thow. After it he always walks away with his back turned to you and you don‘t have to worry about the shield. Theseus will only do the spear throw if you are far enough away (otherwise he‘ll do the spin attack).

like all the bosses, they get easier the more you face them

I hate Theseus so much, the writers did such a good job making him so unlikable

I don't know who needs to hear this now but if you are stuck in the bull and hawkeye fight, jiggle between the two big cakes that they have in the room. Those will block all the damage from hawkeye. Use spear's long range attack to hit the bull from behind the cake and when he approaches, move to the next one. Easiest and cheesiest way to kill them.

Asterius is really easy to take down first, just dodge the arrows from Theseus then learn and dodge his attack pattern, it doesn’t take a while. But then after that for me the Theseus 1v1 is extremely hard for some reason 😭 Like I took 12 dmg taking down Asterius but then used two DDs and ended my run during the 1v1 💀

I always thought my dmg is bad but seems doing low dmg is normal thing 🤣🤣

I hate this boss because when I finally learned how to dodge the charge he legit tried to charge me FIVE TIMES IN A ROW UNTIL HE HIT ME. I was pissed off so much

Is this an outdated version of the game? In your vid you are working at the lower end of the arena with Theseus off screen most of the time. Theseus does not stay in the middle at all in my experience, but moves around everywhere.

Thanks man great tips. I beat them pretty much every time now anyways but I’m looking for stuff that I’ve overlooked to help me because I really want to consistently get past them without losing a single DD so I can save them all for hades. I’d say rn 2/3 of the time they knock one of my DD out and it gets close to a second one. I do manage to slip by sometimes with all 3. I be saving my rerolls on charons well for Styx as well so if I do lose a life then I can potentially buy one back.

It's kinda hard to learn when ur getting hit every two strikes

When I got to this fight I couldn't figure out how to damage theseus so I focused on Asterius. Ended up almost beating it

Do you always do the opposite of what you're telling us? I lost count how many spears you took in the face and how many God circles you stood in
