yeah regular content is a must, and also should work on basic English. Not a big task. He doesn't have to learn English, but in this day and age if you are competing and liaising with fans around the world, you need to learn some English. It's not even that difficult to learn

This is my favorite Hadi video thus far. He really is the full embodiment of what it is to be a complete champion bodybuilder and more. His input about the mind, body, heart and soul is a testament to why he is successful in all aspects of his life.

The advice was by far the best I have received from any BB channel and just great mind and heart. I am an athlete myself and I got reminded and learnt alot about talking to your muscles and how your mind affects your body.

Really enjoying hadi's content and very proud of him as a competitor definitely a tribute to his nation. I forgive the man for walking off stage but there's nothing wrong with a second place at the Olympia so early in a career. The man certainly appears to possess the wisdom and patience to grow and develop into a competitor everyone can be proud of. And it's so good to see A relatively new competitor with some actual personality & style.
The way he talks about warming up, training sessions, and even the sips of water, tells me he,s a real wise person. His workouts are heavy, but always with maximum control over the exercises. Dedicated and down to earth, a great champion.
I like the way that speak his mentality and passion of the athlete hear so nice and im really lucky that watch had choopan legendary exercise in korea. Thanks hadi. You really inspired me!
