Part of a series of interviews recorded at WLP International with WLP partners following transnational partners meeting, September 2015 (for use in Human Rights webinar).
Dear Hafsat I have tried to get in touch with you to let you know I have the greatest respect for your late Dad Bashoran Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola (GCFR) and for your late Mum Alhaja Kudirat Abiola. Their convictions in democracy in Africa were so strong that they were willing to pay for them with their own blood. I salute them for that. Where ever the story of democracy in Nigeria is told your parents will always be mentioned with reverence as it progenitors. I wish you the best in your endeavor.
Listening to this insightful interview, I am satisfied that Hafsat Abiola Castello is an asset to the women gender race and to humanity. Great mind, brilliant lady.👏
