Neither Hafsat, nor Tundun nor Kola support Sowore because they all know that Sowore needs experience in government to become president. They know that Sowore has to first serve as Local Government Chairman of his hometown of Kiribo then, depending on his performance as L.G.A chairman, his own people will push him to become governor of Ondo State. If he performs well as governor then, everyone will naturally urge him to become president. Sowore wanting to become president because he is CEO of Sahara Reporters or because, he was Student Union leader over 20 years ago, is simply insufficient.

Sorry, but your dad's case was that of karma. Most people who know his story and rise from the 60s and 70s will tell you he was far from clean and was in bed with the IBBs of this world. Yes, he was the people's mandate, but the law of retributive justice can sometimes be unkind. He was a brilliant man but with a shady past and entangled in a deal gone wrong--and that was what cost him the presidency. Your mom's passing was unfortunate and a travesty.
