She doesn't normally lose her temper or let things get to her, so it's major when she does get mad. I love the scene when Hailan is giving birth and the maids say she's bleeding. Ruyi yells at them to stop the bleeding, and you can feel the emotion for her sister. I wish they could've had a happy ending together, but the story had to stick to history somewhat.
Even tough I have watched all the Episodes completely. There are certain ones I still tear up ex sample like this clip. But what is so funny about this part. She have a cold but didn’t cough until the Doctor came and that that was only one time lol.
The Emperor knew that the servant lied and obviously he executed her for disloaylty to set example but probably also for that servant not to reveal why she truly lied thus implicating Noble consort and maybe the Empress. Noble consort sort of confirmed it by saying that she would have executed her herself had the Emperor not done it. That servant was doomed anyway after this betrayal, no one would let her live. I wish A'rou was paying attention though
Emperor know that Noble Consort was a lie from beginning. But i believe he angry because Noble Consort forced body searching to Hailan. Hailan wasn't his favorite that time but she's still his consort. So humiliated her basically humiliated Emperor too.
Ruyi knows exactly how Hailan entered the Harem. Hailan was taken advantage of by the drunk then Prince, to save her honor Ruyi persuaded her husband to let Hailan join the Harem to save her reputation. Which is why Hailan was so frightened of him in the beginning and her undying loyalty to Ruyi. It makes no sense why she would be jealous of the Noble Consort's favor. That maid was clearly lying.
I think after seeing this scene, I think they did change some maids for Hailan that has a clean background for her that will remain loyal. That could be my thoughts on after the matter. Only those who are loyal to Hailan, stay.
Не люблю китайские дорамы, но ЭТУ я с удовольстуием посмотрела до конца! Каждая серия уникальна и очень интересна (их около 80!) но я даже не почувствовала, что их так много, смотрела взахлеб! ❤❤❤❤❤
Ummm the emperor had that girl beat to death to set an example. That girl lied about her mistress instead of enduring wrongful punishment with her. Disloyalty isn't something that is easily forgiven back then. You serve your master or mistress til death due you part.
OMG.... The emperor will not have time to dral with concubine issue like this. That's why they have harem. It takes care of matters between the concubines and consort and empress.
Are y'all serious celebrating the emperor killing a lowly servant as an example, knowing she was just used by a powerful psycho she can't say no to? He's trash through and through.
The celebrating is because the plan of the evil Noble consort failed and not because that servant died. Also, the servant was letting her innocent mistress die before her eyes and would not go back on the lie. The Emperor had no choice but to execute her according to the rites they had back then, this is not today's democracies, it's Imperial China 🤷♀️
