Plus their car doesn't stay there, once they get off their security team drives the car away so other handicap can use it or stays with the car so they can move it when the space is needed. Didn't you read the full article, the owner told them to park there cause paparazzi were disturbing the original parking space near the Pilates class & client were complaining....plus they don't leave their car there, once they get in class their security team moves the car away from the handicap spot or they stay with the car so they can easily move it when an handicap person needs it.
