Also I still believe that this concept Hailey is doing, which is the whole “saving the future by completing a nonsensical bucket list” concept, is completely out of a lie. I’m honestly amazed that Hailey herself hasn’t figured it after season 1. If Hailey doesn’t learn the truth by the end of season 2, then that would prove she’s dumber than Scott.
OK so I have this theory about ac possibly being the creator of the chaos bots. What if in 10-20 years from now both ac and hailey bring in inventions to someone for an idea to perhaps end climate change. As we know hailey will win and be seen as the hero of the future. As mentioned ac has a petty grudge against her because of her beating him in a game when they were kids so he vows revenge on her. Plus what if scott accidentally mentions the journey which ac creates the bots and sends them back in time so hailey never gained the courage to create the element she did from completing her list. Or scott could be helping ac because scott might be jealous because hailey got all the fame and credit even though he helped

Let's be honest they made it so obvious they had a connection it was as boring as AC character, I mean his motivation of the childish rivalry his nonexistent character development...they just needed an antagonist and that's it they didn't even try
I think it's very predictable that A.C is the villain of the series, he might have made the robots but he wouldn't have gotten to that point, maybe someone forced him to make them in the future equal to the real villain of the series
