The best thing I learnt from the youtube skincare community is the importance of SPF. I was getting my first noticable lines on my forehead and that's because I wasn't using spf. 2020 was all about try a bunch and finding the one I'll love to use everyday. And from the last 7-8months or so.. I didn't ever leave my house without SPF. And my forehead lines aren't as visible, even though they're there. I just want to thank you Susan for teaching me about the importance of spf

Im nearly 15 and i got into skincare at the beginning of 2019, so 2 years ago, and I used to not use the best products, again, because i was new to it. My skincare "knowledge" has improved so much since then, i genuinely cannot believe its only been 2 years because it has grown and changed completely. A couple days ago i got a snapchat memory from exactly 3 years ago, and my eyebrows were raised and i could see a line on the top of my forehead which grabbed my attention right away because i don't have that line anymore. This is proof that protecting your skin all the time and taking care of it and learning about your own skin is so so important! Even though i was around 11 and a half at the time of the video my skin had already produced "wrinkles" despite my young age, elasticity, and collagen! When i realized that my skin has changed dramatically and in a positive way since then i was so happy because thats what truly made me realize that all my time and efforts i put into skincare hadn't gone to waste and were totally worth it!! I also have acne which kind of puts me down sometimes and makes me feel like what im doing isn't really helpful, but that situation got me out of that phase.

the skincare Community has thought me to .... MOISTURISE AND SPF IS IMPORTANT. I wished I started earlier. at 27 my skin has become a reptile and lots of acne scarring/ pigmentation. 😭😭 I was terrified of moisturiser being oily skinned in Heaty Tropical Singapore

I disagree on the sunscreen. One pump doesn't sounds like enough. I like to do two fingers worth to my face and two fingers to my neck. She also basically rubbed it all into her palms. You should apply it straight from your fingers to your face to actually get it into your face and not hands.

@@gourinandhq we can’t know what system she has, also even if she does have it, the fresh water is still wasted. and she isn’t bathing, she’s just washing her face, she does not need to have warm/hot water (and it’s best for her skin she doesn’t). she’s influencing maybe millions of people, she should be careful with the messages she sends

I sweat a lot so I feel like I can only wear sunscreen (max some serum) during the morning and I have normal skin but it's tropical Brazil weather... It can get really gross with too many moisturizing steps.

@@laysaferreirasilva2146 i do them for my face but like u said i usually apply on actual SPF cream and use them to reapply plus for my body, but im sure they work on their own as well! They dont irritate my face and my skins pretty sensitive, if ur afraid itll irritate ur face put a light milky lotion on first
