I love the fact that Danielle wrote this song for her boyfriend when he was just diagnosed with cancer, to remind him that on his dark days, Danielle will be the light of his days. And this song is my ultimate moodbooster everytime I feel dark and low ❤️🌞🌞🌞
It's really cool watch every instrument you been hearing for long time. Love this song, fresh, with great lyrics and that jazz and r&b bass is the best on them.
Aarrgghhhh!!! Music like this makes life worth living. Such a damn fantastic performance of the song. Absolute perfection. I love it SOOOOO MUCH!!! The god damn groove is gorgeous. I like this more than the studio version.
Man I honestly had never really heard much of Haims stuff until this album and I feel bad for it. Heard Summer Girl on XM radio and I went out and bought their album on vinyl. Lead singers voice is fucking impressive. Love how live she sounds identical to the album. No BS auto tune like a majority of the more popular undeserving artists use. This shit needs to be what people consider music. Doesn't hurt having sax in it too haha.
Watching this whilst eating my breakfast and bopping along in my chair. And that SAXOPHONE!! My sister would be amazed; she used to play one. I have loved Haim's music for a long time and I still do. Nice One! =-D =-D
A gentile hearing a beautiful alignment. Reality is an art as it is beyond me but I love her performance. Right on! After seeing all I could find of this same song, "Great capture"! Like the "Holy Grail" of the "Tone" just great!
I love the tone of this atmosphere. After hearing all I could find of HAIM songs online this is the best Musical rhythm and vocals combination. I even apply a Christian connotation to this.
Wow. Amazing performance of an amazing song from even more amazing band. That double bass coupled with the sax is pure s e x. As it has been said in the comments this has very Lou Reed-y tone.
