Combing the hair is not a problem. ‘Always’ use a wide tooth comb for daily combing. There’re not just for detangling. They are for daily maintenance as well.
@@NiaraAlexis Your hair is beautiful. Just know combing your hair with wide tooth combs will always show strength of your strands. I prefer wide tooth combing over brushing. However, there is some scalp stimulation in using both. Blessings

Girl I love your tips about hair, but let me tell you you're so beautiful and it's look like yiu take well care of yourself. Could make a video of your selfcare routine? Your clothings, where the stores you shop and how much time you dedicate on your self care? Do you eat health? Do you exercise? I want to change my life in this 2023. I want to be more beautiful, sofisticated so literally need guidence. Sorry for so many questions.

This woman is extremely beautiful for sure. I don't know what she does but I know drinking water alot, taking biotin and a multivitamin, marine collagen all work for me. My skin and nails are in much better condition than ever and my hair grows really fast. I like her tips on lightweight oils instead of moisturizing and sealing each night. Now, what I need to do is exercise, lose this weight and get a better wardrobe for myself!
