The challenge: 1) Drink water 2)hair growth vitamins (she’s gonna do a video about it) 3) oils with skalp massage( she’s gonna do a video) 4) do all the other challenges in her last videos( no heat, deep condition ones a week, cut off dead ends..) otherwise you won’t see any results Edit: My hair is already hips length(if it would be straight, curly it’s right beneath my breasts) but I wanna grow it longer so thank you for the tips🥰

Collegen does wonders for hair growth too. And its good for skin, joints, muscles and pretty much your whole body. I get a powder from walmart and mix up a drink daily. It really has helped

Scalp massagers help too. I’ve been using one to massage my shampoo on my scalp when I wash my hair.

I'm joining the challenge!!! yass so excited!! I kinda did this last year and grew my hair from collar bone length to boob length in one year by using rice water so I'm going to do the same thing and add oils and scalp massages and try to get my hair waist length this year! excited to see what my hair can do!

I had to pause this video to clap 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 BiancaRenee because today for the first time ever I had my hair cut by a stylist!! Not relaxed, processed, or heat damaged... Just MAJOR SPLIT ENDS THAT NEEDED TO GO!!! She cut off so much hair- I’ve never had short hair that I couldn’t pull back 😲. So I’m need to be on this journey of hair health to get my length back!! I Erinn accept this hair growth challenge! i just found you and i love your videos and sweet personality. I chopped my hair and went back to straightening last summer post partum. I stopped the big shed at around 5 mths PP but started having problems with hair loss and dry scalp so i wanted to commit back to CGM and growing out my hair so this is perfect!
