10/10 DON'T Recommend. You'll just waste your product because the swishing will just release the water combined with the conditioner and you'll have less on your hair. Always squeeze out the excess water
Squeezing the water out of your hair along with the conditioner is a waste of product. It’s important to squeeze the water out of your hair before the product. Once you’ve gently squeezed enough water out then you add the conditioner. You’ll have better results as you’ve allowed the product to work its magic.
guys she has beautiful hair cuz she styled it wavy aftr straightning if u see anyones normal hair without straightning its just like us..!! so dont feel insecure
It is straightened, but she still has healthy hair. I think she should disclose she straightened it so people don’t assume their hair will naturally look like that. I do follow some of her other tips like the oil treatment in a shower cap right before showering. Big difference for my hair and I can tell it is healthier and more glossy, but it will never look like hers for a number of reasons. Just aim to make your hair healthy and embrace what your hair can do. Not stress about what it cannot.
Yes, it is highly possible to get your hairs back as strong as they use to be before. Yet, you need to closely obey some rules. Rule #1 - Once you rise early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of water. Rule #2 - You should massage your nails, which is also called balayam. Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra everyday. Rule #4 - During each weekend, get curd from the market and mix half a lemon in it, let it sit it overnight. Use this on your scalp the following morning Rule #5 - Never apply oil to your hairs during daytime, since there is so much pollution and dust outside. Using oil can cause dust to linger on your hair for an extended period Adopting these 5 rules as habits can promote hair growth and enhance the strength and thickness of your hair.
Now I only use cocoonioon shampoo and reactivate hair serum for hair growth, and it has been effective in decreasing my hair fall and increasing hair growth.
@@iowlfpccjbyaiwmost “experts” on hair care just rely on pseudoscience. Like they think drinking more water will somehow magically improve your dead hair strands lmao.
I improved my hair by doing these: Having more and more vitaminC from lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep everyday, consume nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using natural shampoo, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good to control hair fall.
Hey Krish! I downloaded your ebook and followed the products and steps your have given and trust me it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my hair texture, softness and bounce. I also gone heat free for 2 weeks 🌺the results are shocking
Another BETTER way for extremely dry ends is - no need to special hair mask (but recommend it if you have it) else, just use a heavy hand of normal conditioner but keep it for at least 45 mins. Then wash with shampoo and conditioner like normal. You WILL SEE a huge diff from the first wash itself. . . (## bonus points if you keep it wrapped in plastic bag as heat in plastic will have steaming effect ##)
Wait so wash my hair with shampoo then heavily condition it with a regular conditioner for 30 to 45 mins...then when that 30 mins is up, I then get bk in the shower and re wash it with shampoo again and then condition it with the same conditioner like i normally do?? Why should I re wash my hair again when you think it b just as good to just rinse off the conditioner that I let sit for the 30 to 45 mins??? Why would it make such a difference to re wash it all over again???
ooo wow I will definitely try this diy hair pack but sometimes it's not possible to do that because of time I like to use Love beauty planet argan range hair mask to control frizzy hair
this method worked well but sometimes my dry hair need more nourishment so i apply pre pooing schedule, i apply a good natural hair oil which is blend of different good hair oils like coconut, almond, castor and olive and apply it to the mid and end. i am using littleextra coco onion hair oil these days and its working magicl for my dry hair
No, follow the instructions on the bottle telling you to remove excess water before applying, follow cosmetic chemists advice not random ppl on Internet w nice hair
I thought it was a way of rinsing out the product like instead of washing it off you scrunched it in the shower to form wave clumps. Not sure if it does anything for straight hair.
I have a question actually... So when u aply oil on the scalp and then u tie it up in a cap or a wrapper... The strands obviously take up some oil... So if u dont apply shampoo to the stands ... The oil stays back on the strands of the shampoo... So what shd I do abt that?? 😞😞😞 pls respond... I'll ve waiting for ur reply... Or just another reel maybe addressing this issue... 🥺
I think hair ends lost more moisture than the scalp quickly When we shampoo our scalp excessive dripping shampoo water is enough for the ends.if we shampoo directly our ends it will get more dry..
I had the same question. I’ve been watching videos and I’ve still to find one that answers these question also how long she leaves the oil in her hair or if she only applies it before she showers.
What a waste of products. Take this advice from someone who had rough dry hair for a long time, after shampooing, squeeze out as much water as possible from your hair before applying conditioner or hair masks.
