No, my hair is FALLING! It is falling and it is extreme! Its thinning and its falling. This is a disaster.

8 months post op and I can see my scalp through my hair. I’ve never had thin or balding issues

I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok but I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also the shampoo I had been using. I regret this stupid surgery in every form of its existence. Mentally physically and emotionally I am in horrible shape. My hair is falling.. and thin. And I say that as someone with very very thick long hair.
