I thought I was the only one that washed my hair every two weeks. I transitioned my hair for 2 yrs and then chopped the ends off. I've been natural for 5 years now. Those two different textures were such hard work. I couldn't wait to cut those relaxed ends off. Big chopping is definitely the best way to go.

Hey hon. Its Shari b on youtube has a video on how she cut her hair to give it shape. I'm a licensed stylist and I can say I was impressed with how she did it. She gave herself a layer cut but she didn't know what to call it. She cut it at 45 degree and 90 degree angles. Let me know if this helps! ❤🙏

I started your method on my hair's to consiste: no manipulation everyday and no do anything (like braides..).I wet and put only eco gel coconut everydays .But after 2-3 day my hair started to smell i dont want wash they before 1week but to fault put a water everyday for definits the curls they smell now. When you wet your hairs they not smell ?what you put in?please
I read that low porosity strands sit on top of the water because it takes longer to absorb water , and that high porosity strands sink to the bottom because it's easier for the hair to absorb water.
