Best to make it with sawing needles at loop hole.. where thread go. Cut with wire cutter or scissor at thread hole.. make it look like from that.

I want to make a small doll that has punched-in hair, I’m wondering what kind of silicone you used for this and if it comes in a liquid form (or any type of form that can be molded)? Since my doll is small I want to use a silicone that I can be poured or pressed into a mold of the head first, then punch hair in after it cures, would you have any suggestions?

I can't seem to find a hair punching needle, on amazon. :( At least, not with the tip yours had.
