First switch to your regular diet, include a protein rich diet.. some work outs and also changed your regular chamical base shampoo.. use a mild gentle shampoo... don't apply conditioner use a home made mask.. like banana and curd with coconut oil... Or curd with egg with castor oil and lavender oil because stinky smell of egg.. thoroughly wash it out with a mild shampoo...
