Same thing happened to me a few months back. Then, I increased seeds and nuts in routine that helped a lot, increase some protein from eggs, paneer and soya chunks (since I am eggeterian). And applied hair oil. This has reduced a hair fall a lot.

Supplements bahut kam karta hai. Mujhe bhi doctor ne kuch multivitamin diye the jo bahut achha kam kiya.... banki gentle shampoo twice a week oiling or healthy daily routine.
I joined gym and started high protein diet.. I wasn't even aiming that much for reducing hair fall but for fat loss and as a side effect my hair doesn't fall now 😂 like I'm not kidding not even 1 or 2 strands while shampooing or combing them.. I intake almost 80-100g protein everyday.. you guys should try it too
Happend for me too...actually i joined in gym within very few days i asked my mom..maa is there any change in my body..my mom told one and only thing happend is that your hairfall reduced completely...nothing change in your body😅
@@starplayzreadbio373 getting 80g or 100g protein from one item is highly impossible even with protein powders you can't get it..more protein containing foods are soya chunks, watermelon seeds

U should immediately visit a trichologist or dermatologist. Don't ignore bald spots. It's serious stuff. Could be the start of alopecia or any medication side effects
