It's just for the initial hair cut as someone w/ hair as curly as his, I always get it straighten so I know if they cut my hair right & to give me a new look for a couple days before I wash it, then go back to normal. I like his curly hair too, but it will be curly again after he washes it. It's a dramatic change & fun to do when you get your hair cut for really curly headed people.

Richard Savon I actually believe he looked much better before, he looked older after the haircut. Straight hair doesn’t look good on curly hair people and viceversa, that is just a fact.
