Preach!! 😆 Hair growth is an internal process, so people need to focus on nutrition first and foremost if they want healthy hair. Most products don't do what they say they do and are a marketing ploy, periodt.

You're absolutely right. The hair typing came from one stylist and everyone else started using it. Hair porosity is the biggest thing. Less porous hair likes certain products and more porous hair needs others.
@@theashleynez also most people have multiple hair types on their heads. My natural curl pattern is looser around the edges but tightly coiled on the rest of my head. Because of that I started my locs with comb coils and was fully loc'd in a year.
