We enjoyed your video. One question, what cruise line were your parents sailing. Were your parents able to leave Labadee? We are sailing Royal Caribbean next month and want to know if we can quickly visit OKAP.
They did Royal Caribbean and they had to sign a waiver to leave. I’m not sure who they talked to or the process. It is a quick turnaround which is why we decided to just meet them at the port in Labadee, so idk if you’d have time to drive to Okap but perhaps if you make prior arrangements and see what the schedule permits!
I’m not sure I understand the question! We drove to the Labadee cruise port to see my family! Once you’re Cap Haïtien, I believe you can drive to Labadee, there wasn’t a flight!
