I work with a majority haiten men and one of them constantly wants to share his food with me and the food his wife cooks is truly amazing! She cooked oxtail legum and it was delicious so I needed to know how to cook it thanks to this video I know how now! I can’t wait to let my wife taste this food!
Ohh nooo 😭😭 ...next time it happens, you can put beef/vegetables broth and let it simmer(with the legume I would of added a little of water and let it simmer than Saute it after) ....with beef stew, it's tricky it can get hard and not tender
@@ijl8636 Chinese restaurants their beef is ALWAYS tender and their little secret is baking powder. Marinate the beef and put some baking powder and leave it in for at least 20min
