Holy crap I never expected to get over 80k views for this, thank you all! Honestly this makes me a bit interested in going back to this again. For those unaware this was developed to celebrate the manga's 25th anniversary. Honestly I think it's one of if not the best anime games I've ever played and is pretty unique in its genre. It also has a lot more subtle mechanics in it than one would expect.

@@artsq1550 Thank the algorithm. With characters like Itagaki I don't see a need to + I find it more interesting and challenging not to. I'd rather focus on dodging. You could easily just block most things, but blocking in this game is far too much of a catch all for everything. And in the case of Itagaki, Miyata, and Wally they have some insane mobility that I can take advantage of which I just find ultimately more fun. I've never had a game where mobility played like this before.
For those wondering..... Game Title: Hajiime no Ippo: The Fighting Console: PS3 only Is their an English version?: No Where can I play it?: Most likely on a emulator as this game is Exclusive to Japan On another note you can play 2 of their PS2 games, Hajime no Ippo: Victorious Boxers and Hajime no Ippo: All Stars in English
@@GeneralGlockasiah True, but based on how these people in the comments can’t seem to find the name of the game ( even though it’s the title of the video) I find it easier to tell them to emulate the game rather than buy it.
