@@TroardLavant to be fair, the reason they have money for everything is SEC football money. This is why teams all switching conferences now. This why Oklahoma going to SEC next season.

she is like a good bench player. It's hard to compare to NBA because the sport works so differently. She actually didn't compete in any of the events in the championship. 6 girls compete in each event and she is their 7th best on two events and 8th best on two events and is dependable if someone were to get hurt or really struggle in the warmups. She did compete in the regions on a few events here and there for this exact reason. LSU and Oklahoma (who was upset in semifinals) are by far the two deepest rosters in the sport so being in her spot on one of those teams is different than if she was on a different team. She is in the "definitely above average, borderline good" tier not in the "good to great" or "elite" tier.

​@@tomdemay6147Yeah I can't speak for this event as I didn't watch and for where she ranks on the team, but I know she is very good at the Floor Routine and recent got a 10/10 score in an event, which I believe was the first ever for an LSU gymnast in that event. Gymnastics is strange honestly you might be able to do a little bit of everything but most are only great at 1 thing, suppose that's why it's a team.

I would say deadass current season Naz Reid, great asset that's a fan favorite but can also perform well in different roles yet isnt there to be a starter due to them not being on the level of the starters (Haleigh, Aleah, Kiya, KJ all being like the current Timberwolves roster)

@@hiiipoweralumni6425 also, she would start and be the center piece for a lot of the lesser capable programs like a Georgia or Alabama (with Olivia herself being a former national team member) but it just so happens that she's in the same team as the reigning NCAA individual champion, multiple Olympic hopefuls, an actual Olympian, and one of the top coaching staffs in the country. People just hate on her for her ability to make money (which I don't understand why they hate her for it) or her tendency to previously photoshop her photos (which I understand why they hate her for it)

they are and they aren't. Had Oklahoma won you wouldn't be saying this, they were the two time defending champs and the #1 team all year but choked in the semifinals. Their best gymnast are Bowers, Davis, Smith, LeVasser they are ALL white. There are still tons of good whites and asians. But because of Biles and Gabby Douglas before her winning Olympic Golds it has inspired alot more black girls to do gymnastics. In this competition for example the best girls for each team were Bryant (black) for LSU, McCallum (white) for Utah, Frazier (black) for Cal and Wong (asian) for Florida. So it's not just black girls it's a mix. Some of the other best "all around" gymnasts in the country are Carey (white) from Oregon State, Worley (white) from Kentucky, Brooks (black) from Michigan, Blanco (hispanic) from Alabama. So it's truly a mix and not just blacks.
