Hi Sundai, a tip for ur beet juice is you can boil them to soften them a bit. In Jamaica we make beet root & carrot juice but we sweeten it with milk sometimes but we boil both veggies before blending

I'm know about adding condensed milk or sugar but I've never had or seen anyone boil either of those for drinks; When I was a child, we have only blended and strained it or now, use the juicer to juice them.

GIRL. My favorite way to eat beats is to cut beats and carrots really small. I’m talking size of a quarter small. Toss them in a little bit of oil and roast them in the oven at 400 (give them a good toss when they are almost done) until they are just getting brownish black and a little crunchy. This draws out the sugar and makes them SO SWEET. Hope you try! 💖

Girl! I LOVE beets! I know you were thinking of juicing them, but if you want to try roasting them...o.m.g. sooo delicious! Just cut both ends off, place them on foil in a roasting pan, drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven, covered, at 375° until they are tender when poking with fork. Then, you'll need gloves for this part, but it's oddly satisfying. You just slide/peel the skin off when still warm. Chop up or eat whole. Sooo good!!! Sadly, you probably won't see this cause my comment is late. Hope you do!

Peal of the skin of the beets or wash it properly. Also you can add water just not to much, and you can mix it with other vegetables and fruits for strength and flavor ❤

HI Boo. Girl that juicer is a whole contraption...lol I clean my beets really good with lime and water then peel the skin. I usually blend with a pear and fresh ginger. Beets, carrots and ginger is also very good. No need for any sweetners. Don't give up on juicing beets...I can't tell u how many times they've revitalized me.

Beet juice is nice with ginger and apple. If you're juicer is not that powerful, you might want to precook (but not too much because then they will be mushy and even harder to juice but they would be easy to blend) because they are pretty tough. Also interspace it with a softer vegetable/fruit e.g apples

I know what it is like to have frizz and not be able to get your favorite hair care product. I checked online and Amazon has single bottles for about $4, and Walmart has the same bottle for $6. After I clean the greens I save the stems. I cut them and smash a little. Add some onions and a little salt and pepper to one quart of water, bring to a boil. Stem tea it taste great. You can add any vegetable to this 😊
