its pretty easy, all you need to do is just copy hl1 and hl1_hd from half Life source directory into portal rtx, then launch the game with "-game hl1" command line. But you wont be able to play the entire game due to a map rendering error and gameplay has alot of stutters, Indeed cursed.

taken from owner instructions: you have to port the BMS folder into PortalRTX then go to properties. in properties, put "-game bms" without quotation marks into game parameters then just run the game

Black Mesa runs on a modified version of the source engine so that might not be possible
